About Oxfordshire Goalball

A new goalball club is born – signing the constitution! August 2023.

Oxfordshire Goalball club was officially brought into existence when the founding committee members signed the Constitution. Not as glamourous or exciting as the first session actually throwing a #goalballl in the sports hall, but equally as important!

Where we train

Kidlington and Gosford Leisure centre , Oxford Rd, Kidlington OX5 2NU

When

Two Saturdays a month between 2.30-5.40 pm. Please drop us an email for more details.

What is Goalball?

Goalball is a team sport designed for Visually impaired athletes. Players are blindfolded and use sound and touch to orient themselves, track the ball and communicate with each other.

Who can play?

Anyone can play regardless of sight level.

We are looking for players and volunteers to join our friendly bunch of Goalball enthusiasts! Come and join us. We offer the first few sessions at no cost.
